CUREJ - Centre universitaire rouennais d'études juridiques - UR 4703

Créé en 2012, le CUREJ (UR 4703) est le laboratoire de recherche qui fédère les enseignants-chercheurs des disciplines juridiques de la Faculté de Droit, de Sciences économiques et de Gestion de l’Université de Rouen.
Il perpétue les pratiques disciplinaires du droit à travers six nouveaux thèmes transversaux de recherche pour le contrat 2022-2027 : Patrimoine ; Justice ; Droit international, européen et comparé ; Territoires & mobilités ; Activités économiques et professionnelles; Personnes.

Mégie et X. de Larminat
  • Projets de recherche nationaux et européens relatifs à l’organisation des territoires aux niveaux local, régional et européen sous la direction de S. Brunet
  • Groupe de travail sur la transformation du Code de la route en Code des usages de la rue et de la route, commandé par la coordination interministérielle pour le développement de la marche et de l’'usage du vélo auprès de la Ministre chargée des transports, sous la direction de J. Dechepy et S. Brunet
  • Travaux de droit comparé relatifs à l’unification des règles régissant les contrats de transport internationaux par route sous la direction de C. Legros
  • Projet ANR relatif à la maîtrise des risques juridiques dans la supply chain sous la direction de C. Legros
  • Bibliothèque David Houard : travaux de mise à disposition, via une base de données numérique accessible à l’international, de corpus de textes d’histoire du droit
  • Contribution à la formation continue des membres du Tribunal de commerce de Rouen et autres tribunaux de commerce de la région Normandie lors de « Rencontres autour du tribunal de commerce » organisées par C. Pigache et M. Laroche en partenariat avec le Barreau de Rouen

  • Working group on the transformation of the Highway Code into the Code of Street and Road Use, commissioned by the interministerial coordination for the development of walking and cycling with the Minister responsible for transport, under the direction of J. Dechepy and S. Brunet
  • Comparative law works relating to the unification of the rules governing international road transport contracts under the direction of C. Legros
  • ANR project relating to the control of legal risks in the supply chain under the direction of C. Legros
  • Library David Houard: works to make available, via a digital database accessible internationally, a corpus of legal history texts
  • Continuing education for members of the Commercial Court of Rouen and other commercial courts in the Normandy region during "Meetings around the Commercial Court" organized by C. Pigache and M. Laroche in partnership with the Bar of Rouen
