ESCAPE - EpidémioSurveillance et Circulation des Parasites dans les Environnements - UR 7510

Les travaux de l'UR 7510 combinent recherche fondamentale et appliquée, et visent à clarifier l'épidémiologie des protozoaires Cryptosporidium et Giardia. L’analyse moléculaire approfondie de ces parasites est réalisée et corrélée aux données cliniques et de résistance aux antiparasitaires. L'exploration du rôle du microbiote intestinal (bacteriome, fongiome) au cours et post-infection est également en développement au sein de l'équipe. D'autres thématiques sont abordées dans l'équipe telles que les kératites à Acanthamoeba et les kératites fongique (Fusarium).
